Monogramming instructions:
We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless there is an error made on our part, in which case we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Please be sure to double check your order before sending to ensure proper monogram placement.

Font Choice:
Please be sure to Check the Product Page Descriptions, or email us. Some products can only be monogrammed with certain fonts. If a monogram is not specified, we will choose the most suitable font for that product.

Return Policy:
Our gifts are custom made for you...unfortunately; we cannot accept any returns on our items. If you have any questions about one of our unique products please contact us before ordering. REFUNDS will not be issued once orders have been placed. Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks, in most cases it is usually sooner! Please notify us if you need us to rush an order. A rush charge may apply. Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can exceed the 4 week delivery time. Rush Orders:
If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to be sure RUSH orders can be filled and get to you on time. There may be an additional RUSH charge applied. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we cannot "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been over nighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products.
